My sincere congratulations for your success in feeling better!! I've been on the same journey myself and must say that I wake up every morning, with a sense of purpose and being happier.

I mainly use EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, to help in targetting negative emotions. Although I've applied it on a range of issues myself, I also saw a therapist for my deeper issues. You can find out more about the technique in a free ebook that is downloadable at EFT Provides Impressive Health and Emotional Freedom--New Discovery Often Works Where Nothing Else (the originator of the technique). You are basically using your fingertips to tap on the meridian points in your body, to release negative emotions. It works!!
