Walk 3 miles a day at a pace of 3 miles/40 minutes. Every single day.

Eat 2 of your 3 meals as raw foods. Salads, fruits...Avoid dairy and more than 4 oz of meat a day.

If you haven't lost 15 lbs the first month, let me know.
