I agree with Real Subliminal. Things like stress, nicotine, too much partying and so on can cause those "signs of age". Drinking water is doubtless very good for everything.
But, you know, I care a lot for my body, but I still got those sacks and tired eyes. So I tried things like sun studio, special creams and so on. They can help when using the right dose.
