If you think this may be the case perhaps you should take a look at the activities in your life, are you in control or constantly rushing from one thing to the next? Try and make some time for yourself just to relax, or taking up a relaxing past time like yoga, meditation, or tai chi could be beneficial for you - if not something as simple as putting your feet up and reading a book might do. |
lol that's funny,i'm actually sitting back reading a book right now! I do meditation occasionally,and work out a lot. But i still feel rushed in my daily life to get everything done i want to get done. I didnt realize stress could cause that. I also heard it was water retention or bad circulation,but i drink water all day long and i move around enough,so i thought maybe there were other causes i didnt know about. Guess i'll try to relax a little more!
