For the last 5 years or so i've noticed bags under my eyes and they don't go away,no matter how long i'm awake. When i first wake up,my eyes are puffy all over but my lids return to normal within a few hours but under my eyes stays puffy. I am only 35,and i've never seen eye bags in anyone my age. You can kinda see it in pictures but when i look in the mirror it is really obvious. What causes this and can you get rid of it?
