I've noticed that if I just become aware of my skin and concentrate on the sensations of my clothes brushing against it, or the air around it, that after only about 20 seconds it will start to feel tingly. For me, I think it's just noticing all those sensations is almost a sensory overload, so I start to "tingle." Of course, vibrating is different than tingling, so what you are experiencing might be totally different
