Let me start of by saying that it has got even better now! Seems like I've kept track for about two weeks now. There've been some few bad days though, but I got back up on track pretty much every time I stepped off.
Reading more continually
Which I've done pretty well, except for the weekend, but I hope it'll get even better now.
Make a habit of getting up when the alarm clock goes off
Which I've done mostly, though sunday I didn't get up as I should, but I'm certain it'll get even better also!
Get a habit of going to the gym, and following the program I have.
Which I'm more or less doing.
Make a habit of eating what I've written in my diet
Which I'm more or less doing.
Make a habit of turning off the computer at 20:30
Which still can make some trouble, but I'm getting the hang of it, finally.
So I think this has been one more good week, maybe I've finally improved, or maybe it's just the spring, who knows.
