Funny that you mention this. I'm currently doing a 30-day trial of only listening to classical music. Now I've done some wacky things before, but I think this one takes the cake. I don't agree that all music screws up energy levels, but I suppose I get the jist of what you're saying there. For me though, the TYPE of music matters above all else. The reason I chose to use classical music is because I'm very aware of how it affects my mood. It calms down and makes it a bit easier to think clearly. That being said I've never been a huge fan of the classical genre, which will make this a big challenge for me. I'm currently on day 9.
By the way, I've experienced something really strange since I started this. WHen I hear music in public places (cafe, clubs etc.), it always sounds so amazingly good, even if it's a crappy song. Please tell me if you notice this phenomenom as well.
