I got the weirdest (but good) mental image from reading this... It was about focus and how your in control (you're the director of your own movie)

I'm thinking you don't need to do this (keep track) it may detract from your focus of being in the moment, in your previous post you said "They come, faster and faster and I say "wait! Slow down! This is WEIRD!" and, they slow down. I say "show up again" and they do."...
