I would either look for blogs which invite guest posts (check their "About" or "Contact" pages), or just drop a short, friendly email to the webmaster of blogs that I enjoy reading, with a brief summary of who I am, and an offer to write a post for them.

I also followed this advice from ProBlogger when I wrote my guest post (the one that got me the staffer position...)
