Cooked eggs are more allergenic, but a couple dozen per week should be fine in whatever form you prefer them. Be sure to eat the yolks, they have the most nutrition, particularly if you're eating them raw (while whites may actually be healthier cooked, but this isn't such a big deal if you balance them out with the yolk).
