Yes, this is the point. If your comprehension level is not measured by something/someone other than you, then it shouldn't be reliable.
So, as far as I understand from the messages in this forum, we are unsure if photoreading makes you feel a psychological hallucination, in which you "trust" yourself that you understood far more better than traditional reading, or not.
