And yes I do practice it. I haven't become real good at it yet. But it's a really good feeling when you get even part of what your trying to view correct.

Some simple techniques are:

Taking a deck of cards and trying to "see" what they are before you flip them over.

Taking a deck of cards and trying to "see" if it is a High or Low card.

Putting either individual numbers, colors, letters, or shapes into unmarked tan envelopes (the ones you can't see through) and try to "see" what is inside.
My higher-self advised me to start out with only 2 envelopes and as I get better add one more, get better at that, add one more, etc.

Watch Deal or No Deal and try to "see" how much money is in each case

You will find in your investigations that this was scientifically done by the U.S. government and has been done by individuals. Knowledge is a very good thing, but somehow it always brings me back to "simple is best".

Like I said...I'm not really good at it yet but it is fun and exciting
