Pac-man is always at the top of my list.
I also like Total Annihilation, Starcraft, the Zelda series, Maniac Mansion, The Oregon Trail, Quake 3 Arena, Darwinia, Dark Horizons: Lore, many games from Spiderweb Software (Geneforge and Avernum series), Penguin Racer (like Tux Racer, only actively supported), Nethack, Super Smash Bros, DROD, Professor Fizzwizzle, Gish...There's a lot of games, and I need to make more time to play them. B-)
