 A Millionaire by 30
Alan Corey’s A Millionaire by 30 is a good quick read (it’ll take an afternoon) that offers many many ways of saving money. Alan made his riches in so short a time period (seven years) largely due to the real estate boom of the early 2000s, however, had he followed his plan he would have eventually made a bundle even without real estate. I didn’t much appreciate his writing style that is somewhat crass and irreverent. Also, he definitely has the perspective of a starving single student, but there are some good ideas here.
