There's no reason for you to go on living. If you hate your life, it's always within your power to end it. You're free to do so as you wish.
Life doesn't get better automatically. If you hate everything around you, you're gonna hate your life, and you're gonna keep hating it until you don't hate it.
So you can die, you can bear with it until you die, or you can enjoy life while you're alive. It's all fine.
