My guides feel like a group of really close friends. Each of them has a different "energy signature", yet all of them also have a very loving and beautiful presence.
I communicate with them in different ways. One is by journalling, another is by talking to them (sometimes out loud if I am alone at home, otherwise in my head
). And I sometimes "see them" in my mind's eye.
When I am communicating with them, I feel them standing or sitting next to me. For example, when I am journalling, I often feel someone standing behind me with their hands on my shoulders. I mentioned in another thread that when this happens, my cat (who usually sits on my desk next to my computer while I work) will look intently over my shoulder. Sometimes she even starts purring
