Several years ago, I noticed a small lump in my breast. I ignored it, and as time went by, it grew larger, and larger, until it was about the size of a golf ball. I didn't go have it checked out, so I don't know what it was, and I decided to just put my hand on it, and using Reiki, I visualized it disloving, and shrinking.
I did this everyday, and I noticed it gradually getting smaller, and smaller. In five months, it was gone.
