For anxiety and irritibility: Have you tried meditation? Start by stretching, then sit down and focus on your breathing, don't hold on to any thoughts, just let them go. Just feel your natural breathing. (Start of somewhere quite, or outdoors like a nature-y place).
About your job: look for a new one, or if you believe you can, make your own business.
