Yup! I really like the sound of that, creating an environment where respect will flourish and flow. Furthermore, that's something I can do every single day, no matter what, no matter what situation I find myself in. It's not some grand goal like overthrowing the system that takes a while to achieve. While that's a worthy goal, it wouldn't allow me to experience my goal until it was done - whereas the creating of an environment where respect will flourish and flow allows me to experience that purpose daily.
I'll have to tweak the words a little bit, but I feel that's much more it then what I had before.
Even when I was thinking of "Help people free themselves", there were many concepts that could come out of that. The one I felt most attracted to was that of helping people free themselves from bullies and those who would intimidate them. Which I now realize goes back to this respect thing
