We pretty much just sit and chat like you or I would over a cup of coffee at Starbuck's.
Sounds sort of mundane for talking to entities who are here to make sure you do what you're supposed to do, but Spirit for me has never been about the big "OMG!" moments but rather the little things that go on day-to-day. And when my guides have something they need to say, they generally do it very succinctly and with no question as to what they meant or need me to do.
