I did a reading for a lovely lady (in her late 40's) this morning and had a beautiful experience that I thought I'd share. People often ask about guides and how to experience them.

I usually start my readings by asking the clients date of birth and do a quick skim through their numbers. Sometimes spirit will jump in before I get to write the numbers down and they usually take over within the first couple of mins.

Asking the numbers is my tuning fork to form a connection with my client.
With this client I only got a couple of sentences out when out of my mouth came, 'Gosh, apart from a brief venture here not long before this life, you've spent quite some time on high levels in spirit. You lasted to age six and as your charkras began to close over you chickened out and passed back to spirit.'

As I was saying this, an incredible sensation began in my feet. It felt the beating of a thousand butterfly wings, accompanied by a tingling sensation on my skin. It rose up my legs and through my body. When it reached my heart, my whole body was filled with total unconditional love. Spirit tears were streaming down my cheeks. A man's soft voice said, 'Hasn't she done well. We are so proud of her for accomplishing what she came to do.'

I said the words and then said, 'I've just had this amazing sensation.' My client smiled at me through her tears and said, 'I was so hoping they'd come through. I felt it with you.' The sensation moved across me throughout the reading.

I'm very visual and my guides usually flash me to get my attention. I see either larges orbs of lilac energy that splash down the walls or small bursts (sprays) of blue and silvery white energy. I remember doing a reading for a male healer a few years ago and having the weird sensation of pages of words being absorbed through my skin. He laughed when I told and said that was how his guides had always communicated with him.
