I have been thinking about relationships and soul mates lately. I am in a committed relationship and it is clear to both me and my partner that we are not soul mates. Today another person I trust communicated to me that she did not believe I and my partner were “soul mates” agreeing with my own assessment.

I would like to start a discussion about soul mates and life partners and how crucial or important you believe it is both partner and soul mate to share the same body.

I will start the conversation by saying that I really am not sure if it is necessary for a partner to be your soul mate.

Maybe.

I don’t know.
