That was a great story. It reminds me of the first time I tried to teach my son about gambling. I had taken him to one of those local fundraising block parties where they had a Big 6 wheel going.

"Dad, what's that?"

"Well Andrew, it's a Big6 and it works like this...."

"Can we try?"

"Ok, but the first think you need to learn about gambling is that the house always wins in the long run. Here's a dollar. What number to you want?"

"Six."

Dealer spins. Two sixes. He's two dollars up.

"Alright Andrew, let's try again. What number to you want?"

"Six."

Dealer spins. Three sixes. He's five dollars up.

"Ok Andrew, you're about to learn the second most important rule of gambling. Quit while you're ahead...."
