Hi there.
I emphathise - I really do - both as a sensitive and someone who has also suffered from depression.
You are a sensitive soul who needs to look after themselves at the moment. As someone else said here, protection is the most important thing. When you are tired, ill or depressed your own boundaries can be quite low and then you can end up feeling like a beacon for the world's problems!
A really simple thing to do is when you go to sleep and when you wake up, imagine yourself in a bubble that has a mirror on the outside. Inside this bubble you are safe. The mirror on the outside of the bubble reflects away any unwanted energy. If you are spiritually inclined you can also simply say a prayer to your deity or the Universe or whatever you believe in.
Another option is to get a piece of hematite (crystal). You can carry it in your pocket and this will draw away negative energy. Another one is smokey quartz.
In the meantime, aside from the spiritual issues you need to take care of the practical issues in life too - especially when you are depressed. To open up to spirit you need to feel grounded and protected. It may sound boring but make sure you eat, sleep and get enough exercise. It will help balance hormone levels and generally lift your mood.
It is most important to get yourself well first then if you wish to pursue the spiritual side of things you will feel strong enough to do so.
