America's economy has been neglected and I don't think that his war on terrorism has resulted in a decline in the number of terrorists...
So I would say one of the worst. Certainly the worst in my lifetime.
I don't actually question his desire to do good. I think he is quite an honest man at heart, but I do think he is a little misguided...
