I plant seeds, like Johnny apple seed. Sometimes I even say the words, "I know you don't understand me at this time, nor will you believe what I'm going to tell you, but, I'm telling you this so you will better recognize it when you see it, and you will remember that I told you this...", and then I tell them, as simply as I can, something, I feel they need to know, for future reference.
I do this because people are at different levels, and experiences. Mostly, I try to speak to them, at whatever level they are at, and then I plant a seed, with the aforementioned phrase.
I do this, because I know, they will see something, or experience something that strikes a chord in them, and I'm letting them know, in advance, that they can come, and speak with me, when that new door opens. And it always has, at some point.
