I think it evolves, but I don't think it does a 180-degree change. My purpose is making dreams real. My cause is mental health. Give me a reasonable dream inside of the realm of mental health, and I'll get the resources and people together to make it happen. That's what I do. And I
love it.
However, finding my purpose hasn't been all roses. It takes work, and it involves tasks and people with which I'm not too thrilled, but that's just life. I seriously doubt anyone loves their career choice all the time, even when it's part of their purpose.
