Having a hard time doing it still. Make a habit of getting up when the alarm clock goes off
Which I think I'm somehow in control of at the moment, if I just could keep doing it long enough for it to stick. Get a habit of going to the gym, and following the program I have.

Which I'm more or less doing. Make a habit of turning off the computer at 20:30
Which I've been doing on and off lately, I haven't made statistics at a continuary base, so I'm not going to be very precise about this subject at this point.
All in all quite normal for me I guess. I'm looking forward to see what the weekend brings.
