Thank you for your question and this thread. I've used almost all the processes with great success and great FUN in the past. I've been quite lax about them recently and have created a little rough patch for myself. Thank you for reminding me about these very helpful tools. Enjoy them!

I understand what you mean about Scripting. If I may offer a suggestion:
The way I can get it to work for me is by pretending to talk to a friend, catching up (over coffee or whatever). You know, "how are things with the new job?", "what's new with you and So-&-So?", etc.
This puts me in the space that the intention has already been manifested. Also my friend asks "Why?" a lot which takes me away from the How's and puts me into the feeling of the experience.
This is one of the exercises I don't write down so each time the script is new for me.
Oh, and since I try not to bore my friends with the same story over and over again, these chats grow over time, just like those fun stories from your new home/job/love/etc.
