I did the meditation and here is what happened:
It was very easy going into this meditation, even with a screaming baby in the upstairs apartment and my fear. I asked the angels to protect me while I go in deep and I immediately felt they would.
So, during the elevator ride my breath deepened and I felt somewhat excited. While walking down the steps I started to get worried about what I might find in the room. I walked into the room and met a receptionist. I told her I was looking for the negativity and evil. She pointed me into an adjacent room. When I opened the door this huge big black thing started screaming and booming at me. It's composition was something like tar, smoke and dust all mixed into one. Really gross. I asked it why it is there and it said "to scare you because it is fun". I told the thing that I am not scared of it and that it is no longer welcome in that room. I asked the angels to escort it out which they did. Then I set out the intention to redecorate that room with love and light.
My heart feels a bit different now and I am a bit calmer. It felt good, and as of yet I haven't felt the menacing energy around.
