The sudden overhaul bit doesn't go down well with me. Whenever I try something new and radical for a few days (e.g. a vegetarian diet), there's this permanent image of a juicy Big Mac stickied in my visual cortex. Then when I go back to my original diet, I eat more than I should. Overall I'm a very disciplined person, but when it comes to my diet I find it hard to make big changes in a short amount of time.
