Thank you for your very thoughtful and loving replies. I spent a lot of time crying yesterday with no energy left for the meditation or other rituals. I honestly don't know anymore if this is healthy release or a nasty depression.
My goal for today is to do the 21 steps meditation and see where it takes me.
