Oh geez, it better be healthy! It is my favorite food! I've heard that it is healthy as long as you don't overdo it with the rice, and try to eat lite soy sauce plus be sure it doesn't have MSG in it. I think most companies are getting rid of that now, so you should be alright. Some pieces are better than others though. The broiled eel is probably not so good along with anything fried tempura style. I'm guessing the Toro (fatty tuna, salmon etc) are higher in fat than the others as well. I don't think you can really go wrong with the cucumber rolls. They are pretty tasty too!
