I also love the Rampage of Appreciation ... I do it about three times a day. I am always surprised by how many things I appreciate in my life. It makes me feel so good!
I have been practicing Segment Intending and I am having very good luck with that.
The next thing I would like to try is Scripting. I've read some posts online in which people have said how well it works. I am a bit hesitant, though. I think by writing scenarios down, I will always be on the lookout for them to happen exactly as written and I will end up putting out a lot of resistance and trip myself up. That might not work too well for me.
Pivoting and Which Thought Feels Better have both been extremely helpful. I tend to be rather negative and I've noticed a big improvement in my thoughts and my mood since practicing these.
I would also like to try the Magical Creation Box ... just because it sounds like a lot of fun!
