As some keen-eyed amongst you may have spotted from my sig and/or previous posts, I run a site called
The Office Diet updated each weekday with tips and ideas on healthy living for busy workers in office-type (ie. desk-bound) jobs.
I'd love comments, criticisms or any feedback on the site, especially about
:
- What topics you think I could usefully write about (in particular, anything which you think I'm currently lacking content on)
- The layout and design (intentionally minimalist!) -- I'm thinking about adding an image or two to each post to make it more visually appealing
- Whether healthy living is a topic you prefer to read regular short posts or longer more in-depth, but less frequent, ones.
It'd also be great to know about any health/fitness sites, blogs or forums you frequent.
