Oberlee, if you feel uncomfortable a grounding exercise before meditation might help you. I'm not sure where to point you, re. how to, but you could search the net.

Sometimes I am unable to differentiate inhaling and exhaling. It all feels the same. It's weird and lovely at the same time.
