Oh that's the feeling I love most about meditation, when I lose sense of my physical body and am only aware of my energetic body.
It's very normal to experience that. In fact, when you do I'd say you're making a good connection. What's happening on some level is that you're releasing your grip on the physical and returning to the astral or non-physical. You're raising your vibration/frequency when you do that.
