Feel jumbled up when I meditate...why?
I couldn't find an appropriate section for meditation...this seemed pretty close.
So, sometimes when I meditate, and this usually happens after 10-15 minutes, I feel either OUT of my body, or I feel like I can't tell where my body is. I mean, it's normal in states of relaxation to not feel your body, but where I sense everything is is completely jumbled up--like, I can't be out of my body because I feel and hear breathing, but I feel like "I" am to the right of my head and my breathing is to the left.
It's hard to explain, but it's very uncomfortable. It's similar to when I passed out without losing consciousness once and was lost in black.
Any ideas on what this is? Is this part of the process, or is there something wrong?
