 Louise Hay & Inner Talk
Hello, I've listened to a few Louise Hay CDs and mostly found them to be relaxing and reassuring. There weren't any astounding changes in my life because of the CDs but they helped me to calm down and sleep. I have been listening to Inner Talk CDs recently. They are quite expensive, £22 in the UK so approx $50 but I feel that the two I am listening to have helped me to think positively and have made some impact to my confidence and self-belief and have even helped me to accept love into my life |
