This isn't going very well recently. Very bad to be honest. Get a habit of going to the gym, and following the program I have.
Which I'm doing. Make a habit of eating what I've written in my diet
Which I'm doing. Make a habit of turning off the computer at 20:30
Which I also have had a bit of a hard time doing, yet not as bad as one might would think when reading "getting up when the alarm clock goes off".
So it seems to be as usually. If you see the very first post I made you'll see I haven't made much progress. I don't know why I've such a hard time sticking to my plans, but I guess practice makes permanent.
