It did not take me 20 minutes...it took 5 days and about 15 hours (and is still not quite right) but...so close that the benefit of tweaking it is minimal.

The hard part is now taking it to the next level and practicing it. Then you need to set your goals and continue to strive for them. Steve offers so much inspiration.
