I have not paid much attention to chakras in my meditation (just happens that I follow the "non-chakra" traditions) -
but there is something that can be relatively easy to feel in meditation, if you want to, and it happens to be right in the middle of your forehead, where ajna is supposed to be.
All you have to do is breathe deeply, clear your mind and focus your attention around your head region. Pretty soon you will feel a mild but distinct pressure in the middle of your forehead where ajna is supposed to be. It's like a finger pressing against your skull, but from the inside.
