Meditations helps a lot. Don't treat it as experiment. It is a way of life that you will choose to maintain and manage your life more comfortably and freely.

You can do it anywhere, but for beginner, try to get some help or suggestions.

I have been doing Meditation for almost 2 years now. The result may vary but it does control your fear and anger.
