I'd been needing to do it, and have even thought of it like, while in traffic, or while folding laundry, and wondered if it would work on me, too. I trust the article, I just didn't know if my self would somehow be resistant to it. But your endorsement helps. I think I'll go ahead and give it the ol' college try. (what does that mean, anyway?) |
