Oh, wow, so the finding your true life purpose exercise worked well for you? Good. I'd been needing to do it, and have even thought of it like, while in traffic, or while folding laundry, and wondered if it would work on me, too. I trust the article, I just didn't know if my self would somehow be resistant to it. But your endorsement helps. I think I'll go ahead and give it the ol' college try. (what does that mean, anyway?)
