It is a untrue that gold air will freeze your lungs. That is always the argument I hear. It takes the right cloths, the right attitude and a little acclimating to do it. Head to your nearest running store, they will hook you up with what you need as well as have a group to run with.

Wow Scooter 18 and running. I know for the people that live here in CO its no big deal when its under 20 degrees but for someone like myself who lived in South Florida, a tropical climate for most of my life its very difficult to adjust to such extreme cold. In FL we have a range of temps from 100-70 mostly. In CO I have seen it go from over 100 degrees in the summer to below zero in the winter. To me that's NUTS.
