Yeah that helps me a lot - doing the morning routines and stuff.

This weekend I had another productive weekend - not as productive as last weekend, but definetely my 2nd most productive weekend this year so far

I didn't have anything planned to do for Sunday afternoon, so I simply viewed myself as doing something very fun and enjoyable on Sunday afternoon (which I ended doing). I viewed that to keep my mind off the fact that Monday I was returnin to work.

Friday afternoon, I wrote my goals and while I didn't really tell anyone like last weekend, those goals did stay in my mind and helped me move toward them.

I also got up in the morning and treated the morning similiarly to a weekday, and that helped.

I also had a really good week, and that helped too as I was feeling good going into Friday
