I know, 'several!' Lots! But if you had to narrow it down to sayyy...Two.
What would you say...?

For me the one where he explained about how to get others around you to clean up or do whatever you've been desiring, by *not nagging* nay nay, but by merely doing more of what you wish they'd do. Like if you want someone you're living with to clean.

Then you start cleaning your things, and then lo and behold, it makes them start doing the same! That was so off the wall I had to try it. It worked! Amazing

That changed so many things it was just so cool to watch.

Then the one that personally changed me, and the one I've forwarded the most, by far, has been the Now Classic: 10 Reasons You Should Never Get a Job.
