Ustream.tv is a great place to do this, actually.
Just think of it... 24/7 Steve. Naw, Steve would never do that. He's an aggressively growth-oriented guy (or AGOG), but I don't see him doing something extreme like that. Although it would be nice if he did something like a 1 hour per day live show. He could take questions and interact with his audience in a very personal way.
