About the pain bonding you to your baby. I don't agree. I had an epidural and and an emergency Caesar. Just a little pain at the beginning before the epidural. I have a fantastic bond with my child. I remember his birth as a joyful occasion. I would have liked to have given birth naturally but having not done so I really don't feel that my maternal instincts are any less than those who gave birth naturally.
